发明名称 METHOD FOR DIRECTLY OBTAINING ALLOYS FROM BLAST-FURNACE MOLTEN-STATE SLAG
摘要 <p>A method for directly obtaining alloys from blast-furnace molten-state slag comprises: 1) directly introducing a high-temperature slag liquid in a blooming furnace into a furnace having a reducing function for secondary reduction; 2) introducing the slag liquid after secondary reduction or the high-temperature slag liquid in the blooming furnace into a reducing separation tank filled with carbon monoxide and/or inert gas, performing temperature controlled operation for 1 to 5 hours at a temperature in the range of 1700°C to 300°C with molten-state alloys in the slag liquid as a separation flux, and then placing the high-temperature slag liquid in a temperature controlled state for 1 to 5 hours till the high-temperature slag liquid is layered according to different alloy specific gravity differences; and 3) slowly cooling to the normal temperature, thereby obtaining the alloys. The method can directly obtain metals and alloys thereof from the blast-furnace molten-state slag, and is energy-saving, environment-friendly, and low in cost.</p>
