The device refers to an active transmitting antenna used in radio transmitters including also such with a saltatory variation of operational frequency and the radio interference transmitters emitting a wide band noise radio signal produced by the method of quick random scanning. The active transmitting antenna consists of a regulated generator (1), a power amplifier (2), a power sensor (3), a regulated antenna adjusting-transforming circuit (4), a current recorder (5), an emitting element, an adder (7), a regulating unit (8) and a frequency regulating unit (9), the exit of the regulated generator (1) being connected to the input of the regulated antenna adjusting-transforming circuit (4) whose exit is connected through the current sensor (5) with the emitting element (6); the exits of the power sensor (3) and of the current sensor (5) are connected, each one separately, with the inputs of the regulating unit (8), whose exit is connected with one of the inputs of the adder (7), the other input of which being connected with the frequency regulating unit (9) and, at the same time, with the input of the controlled antenna adjusting-transforming circuit (4), while its exit is connected with the input of the controlled generator (1).
