The present invention relates to a nanocomposite for gene delivery comprising monomers including calcium phosphate, delivery genes and catechol groups or hydrophilic polymers modified with polymers, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The nanocomposite for gene delivery comprising monomers including calcium phosphate, delivery genes and catechol groups or hydrophilic polymers modified with polymers according to the present invention acts as an excellent gene delivery by stabilizing particles while suppressing the growth of the particles. The nanocomposite for gene delivery of the present invention exhibits excellent biostability and has excellent gene transfection efficiency without cytotoxicity.
