An oriental medical system is disclosed. The oriental medical system include: a database for storing a personal medical record in an encoded state; a server for managing the personal medical record in the database and servicing medical procedures; and a client terminal which performs mutual authentication with the server and transmits or receives encoded information for medical treatment to or from a server when the mutual authentication is achieved.
