The present invention relates to a linear structure having hydrophobicity, a manufacturing method thereof, and a fiber membrane using the same. According to the present invention, the linear structure includes a first layer which is formed in the shape of a line and is flexible; a second layer which is formed on the first layer and includes a protrusion formed thereon; and a third layer which is formed on the second layer and has surface energy less than surface energy of the second layer.
