<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board through hole connection contact which enhances strength of a through hole insertion part, while suppressing the insertion force for a through hole so that the through hole insertion part easily deforms elastically when it is inserted into a through hole.SOLUTION: A circuit board through hole connection contact 1 includes a through hole insertion part 10 being inserted into a through hole 3 formed in a circuit board 2. The through hole insertion part 10 includes a substantially cylindrical body 11 being inserted into the through hole 3, two cantilever beam-like elastic arms 13 formed by a slit 12 provided in the width direction intermediate of the body 11 and extending in the axial direction thereof, and contacts 14 formed to protrude outward from the outer surface of the two elastic arms 13, respectively. The contacts 14 come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 3, when being inserted therein.</p> |
