The present invention relates to a beverage composition comprising grain powder with improved stability against precipitation, and more specifically, to a beverage composition comprising grain powder: which contains the grain powder (or roasted and ground grains) crushed into a ultrafine condition using a crushing device, a sweetener, a stabilizer, and an emulsifier for offering excellent drinking properties including texture and swallowing properties compare to existing beverages using grain powder; and has improved stability against precipitation and improved storage safety. |
