This Innovation Patent is a NC cutting machine which is mainly composed of pedestal, portal frame on the pedestal, transmission shaft on the pedestal, cross beam on the portal frame and lifting gear in the portal frame. On the portal frame, sliding chute is provided for movement up and down of the cross beam. The lifting gear is connected with the cross beam. Cutting tools are provided on the cross beam. The portal frame is connected with a controller in which the circuit board is provided for control over the NC system. On the controller, display screen and control panel are provided. Actuating device is provided in the pedestal. The transmission shaft is connected with output end of the actuating device. To be specific, this machine is characterized with simple structure, convenient use and installation, simple operation, labor saving, high work efficiency, good quality, wide scope of application, long service life and favorable safety & reliability. |
