PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that reduction of offset is not investigated in a conventional imaging apparatus as the offset occurs in signal values between digital signals obtained by converting analog signals of the same signal values by a first reference signal and a second reference signal whose change amount of potential per unit time differs from that of the first reference signal.SOLUTION: In an imaging apparatus, digital signals depending on potential of an input node of a comparison section are generated by using a first reference signal whose potential changes by a first change amount per unit time and a second reference signal whose potential changes by a second change amount whose change amount is larger than the first change amount per unit time. A correction value depending on a difference between signal values of the individual digital signals is acquired. The digital signal depending on a pixel signal is corrected based on the acquired correction value.
