PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce a load in a wide-area wireless communication.SOLUTION: A wireless communication device 1 has: a first wireless communication section 2 which can perform wireless communication within a first communication distance; a second wireless communication section 3 which can perform wireless communication within a second communication distance longer than the first communication distance; a communication history storage section 4 which stores communication history in the second wireless communication section after wireless communication in the first wireless communication section becomes enabled; and a control section 5 which allows the first wireless communication section to perform wireless communication with at least a part of communication partners to which the second wireless communication section performed wireless communication in the past, using the communication history.
