A touch panel sensor, arranged at an upper portion of a display, for detecting a contact position of an object comprises: an insulation substrate; an electrode pattern formed on a lower portion of the insulation substrate for detecting an approach by the object; and a window decoration for accommodating an end portion of the electrode pattern, wherein the window decoration comprises a bright color layer formed on the lower surface of the insulation substrate along the periphery of the insulation substrate, a reflective layer having anisotropic conductivity by comprising a plurality of dots formed under the bright color layer, and a coloration layer formed under the reflective layer for shielding light penetrating the reflective layer between the dots. |
