A swage device provided with: a main body part for supporting a joint so that the axis is oriented in a first direction; a stopper which comes into contact with the first member or the second member of the joint and restricts the member from moving in the first direction; a pushing member which comes into contact with the other of the first member and second member and pushes the other member in the first direction; and a cover member for covering the joint so as to prevent the axis of the joint from becoming displaced. The axis can thereby be prevented from becoming displaced.
