The device has electrical contact arresters (120A, 120B) protruding from an electrically insulating sheath (110) of a battery (100). A partially thermally conductive material includes an extensive support element, which is arranged such that a portion of the sheath is arranged between the support element and contact arresters. A heat guide passage is provided for guiding medium i.e. refrigerant, at moderate temperature. The passage thermally contacts with the support element. The element includes a surface, which is aligned within tolerance range parallel to a surface of the arresters. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacture of an energy storage device. |
