The present invention relates to a mutant form of peroxidase polypeptide, a nucleic acid molecule coding the same, a recombinant vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule, a transformant transformed by the recombinant vector, and a method for manufacturing the transformant and the mutant form of the peroxidase polypeptide and more specifically, to a mutant form of peroxidase polypeptide with amino acid substitutions at amino acid 68, 142, 143, and 179, from phenylalanine to other amino acid except the phenylalanine, in peroxidase(HRPC) represented by the amino acid sequence of the first sequence of a sequence list, a nucleic acid molecule coding the mutant form of peroxidase polypeptide, a recombinant vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule, a transformant transformed by the recombinant vector, and a method for manufacturing the transformant and the mutant form of the peroxidase polypeptide. The mutant form of the peroxidase polypeptide according to the present invention shows significantly increased radical stability compare with a wild type peroxidase during oxidation process and maintains peroxidase activity, thereby being able to be useful for many industrial fields, from an essential component for a biosensor and immunoassay to a biological enzyme containing phenol-based polymer for synthesizing precise compounds, various medical fields, or a drug effective in inflammation or thyroid diseases, which are known to be involved in the peroxidase. |
