The present invention relates to an eco-friendly sustained release type multilayer insect-proof film and, more specifically, to a sustained release type insect-proof multilayer film which is able to maintain the insect-proof effect of a film for long time by suppressing the performance speed of an insect-proof substance, uses an eco-friendly bio-plastic material, and can be used for packaging food. The present invention is able to make a master batch for an insect-proof film by using an olefin resin and an insect-proof porous material, which impregnates insect-proof components in the pores of porous herbal-based agricultural waste of a powder form, as a base resin and is able to manufacture the insect-proof film by using the same.
