The present invention relates to a power supply unit for a drift tube of an accelerator, which includes: a main power supply (110) for supplying driving power to each of a plurality of drift tubes (120-1, 120-2, 120-3, ..., 120-n); a backup power supply (150); a power selection switch (130) for selectively converting a driving power supply source of each of the drift tubes between the main power supply and the backup power supply; a DT selection switch (140) for setting a power source of backup power to one among the drift tubes; and a power control unit (100) for converting the power selection switch to the backup power supply if a voltage of the power supplied to the each of drift tubes from the main power supply is below a predetermined voltage and controlling the DT switch to supply the backup power to the drift tube which is malfunction.
