The present invention relates to a primer set for detecting a Pseudomonas syringae pv. Papulans and to a method for detecting a Pseudomonas syringae pv. Papulans using the same and, more specifically, to a primer set and a probe for detecting a Pseudomonas syringae pv. Papulans which causes a blister spot disease in an apple, to a composition and a kit including the same, and to a method for detecting the Pseudomonas syringae pv. Papulans by using the same. In case of performing a PCR by using the primer and/or the probe provided by the present invention, the present invention is able to not only distinguish a Pseudomonas syringae pv. Papulans from other bacteria but also efficiently detect the Pseudomonas syringae pv. Papulans from various samples.
