The present invention relates to an electronic device and a voice processing method thereof. The electronic device according to the present invention comprises; a voice recognizing unit which recognizes a voice of a user; a storage unit for storing a command which is stored in advance; a function performing unit which performs a predetermined function; and a control unit which controls the function performing unit to perform the function according to the command when a user voice corresponding to the command is inputted from the user and controls the function performing unit to performs the function according to an analyzed result of the user voice in an external server when a predetermined interactive selection signal and an interactive word for performing the function are inputted from the user. Therefore, the electronic device and a voice processing method thereof capable of reducing a temporal delay for the user voice recognition and increasing device efficiency.
