A head-up display device comprises a projector (10), a screen member (40), and a prism member (30). The prism member includes a light incident surface (31) to which a laser beam is radiated from the projector; a mirror surface (33) reflecting the laser beam radiated from the light incident surface in the prism member; and a light emitting surface (32) emitting the laser beam reflected by the mirror surface towards the screen member outside the prism member. The light incident surface (31), the mirror surface (33), and the light emitting surface (32) are optical surfaces in an optical path and integrally disposed. Each of the light emitting surface and the light incident surface comprises a lens surface to form an image on the screen member in the spot state by the laser light. |
