MICRO-NOZZLE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a micro-nozzle and a method for manufacturing a micro-nozzle capable of reducing abrasion and reducing flow resistance inside the nozzle hole when a fluid or a mixing fluid is sprayed by having a groove in the inner peripheral surface of a nozzle hole. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a micro-nozzle comprises (a) a step for processing a relief pattern in the form corresponding to the groove on the surface of an electrode tool of a conductivity material having a diameter smaller than a diameter of a nozzle hole of the micro-nozzle; and (b) a step for forming a groove in the inner peripheral surface of the nozzle hole by generating electric-discharge machining between the inner peripheral surface of the nozzle hole and the relief pattern of the electrode tool by inserting the electrode tool into the inside of the nozzle hole of the micro-nozzle and applying a power source.
