Automated system for monitoring the environmental variables of the water quality at the inlet and outlet of a water treating plant, based on the discharges performed during re-tanning, dying and greasing (RDG) process with a wet finish, focused on the register of values in control charts for the optimization of the processes referent to the amount of chemicals, rolling times and amount of water used, with the purpose of generating treated wastewater that may be re-used in inner processes, as well as in watering green areas of indirect contact, complying with the Mexican Official Standard, also saving chemicals in the RDG processes and in the water treatment plant. |
