The present invention discloses a method and a device for reporting measurement reports of multiple carriers. The method for reporting measurement reports of multiple carriers includes: determining that a first carrier and a second carrier enter hysteresis waiting for reporting measurement reports, and an expected reporting time point of a measurement report of the first carrier is earlier than that of a measurement report of the second carrier; adjusting the reporting time point of the measurement report of the first carrier and that of the measurement report of the second carrier to a same time point; and reporting the measurement report of the first carrier and that of the second carrier at the same time point. Adopting the present invention can reduce the number of reported measurement reports during maintenance of multiple active sets.
