A TRAILER LOCK AND A METHOD FOR THE PREVENTION OF THEFT OF TRAILERS

The present invention concerns to a trailer lock adapted to be attached to a coupling member of a trailer thereby preventing coupling of the trailer to the coupling device of a tractor. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for protecting a trailer from theft by using such trailer lock. The trailer lock may be remote controlled.
