Provided are a dispersion of carbon particles having good dispersibility and dispersion stability, and a method for preparing same. [Solving Measure] The dispersion is characterized by comprising, at least, carbon particles, a fibrous polysaccharide having carboxyl groups, and a dispersion medium. The method for preparing a dispersion is characterized by comprising the steps, in this order, of dispersing a polysaccharide having carboxyl groups in a dispersion medium to prepare a preparation solution containing fibrous polysaccharide and the dispersion medium, and dispersing carbon particles in the preparation solution to prepare a dispersion containing the fibrous polysaccharide, the carbon particles and the dispersion medium. |
