BURNER FOR GAS COMBUSTION

The invention relates to devices for combustion of gaseous fuel mixed with air and can be used in branches requiring to use a wide range of fuel consumption regulation with high combustion efficiency and low toxicity of combustion products. A burner for fuel combustion comprises a body with a gas distribution assembly arranged therein configured as, at least, two rigidly fixed flame stabilizers, each consists of streamlined a hollow body with gas distributing holes and a tail provided with at least one eddy generator arranged in the tail end and shaped as a recess positioned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the flame stabilizer, wherein the gas distribution holes are arranged on the body of each gas stabilizer by at least two rows, in each row the gas distribution holes are equally spaced, the distance between them depends on the area of each gas distribution hole by the formula L=1.2√S- 6.0√S wherein L is a spacing between crossing of axes two neighboring gas distribution holes, S is the area of gas distribution hole, wherein the axes of the gas distribution holes of the upper row are offset relative to that of the lower row preferably by half spacing and wherein the flame stabilizers are positioned parallel to each other. Gas distribution holes of each row of flame stabilizer are preferably spaced at X=5√S-7√S distance from the tail end, the eddy generator recess is made as a flat wall positioned perpendicular to the stabilizer longitudinal axis, the ratio at least 5 between the recess length l to its depth h. The technical result provides improvement of techno-economic and ecologic factors, higher reliability of fuel-using equipment due to increasing of fuel combustion efficiency, ignition stability and combustion front stabilization, overheating avoidance of device elements.
