<p>The invention relates to a process for obtaining hen immunoglobulins IgY. According to the invention, the process comprises the immunization of egg-laying hens with a previously prepared antigen consisting of a mixture of bacterial strains resistant to antibiotics, the partial purification of IgY extracted from the yolk, at pH = 5, by quick freezing for 60 min, at a temperature of -40°C and quick defrosting, at a temperature of +20°C, followed by the concentration of the resulting IgY by tangential filtration.</p> |
