The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-purity fluorine compound which can be used for a positive electrode active material of a lithium secondary battery using a single solid state reaction. The method according to the present invention is to manufacture the fluorine compound represented by chemical formula by heating a precursor mixture composed of a lithium precursor, a metal precursor, a phosphate precursor, and one or more kinds selected from an organic compound including fluorine and an ammonium compound including fluorine.
