A movement path specification device comprises a movement path output unit which outputs identification information of a road which is included in any instance of estimated movement path information, which includes identification information of a road which denotes a past estimated movement path, other than the instances of the estimated movement path information determined to be extra-movement path estimated movement path information, as identification information of a road which denotes an established past movement path.
