<p>The present invention relates to a helicase inhibitor multi-screening method and a composition for screening using graphene oxide. The helicase inhibitor multi-screening method comprises the step of adding a sample to a compound comprising two or more different helicases; two or more different double-stranded nucleic acids containing different fluorescent dyes from each other at one end as a substrate of each of two or more different helicases; and graphene oxide, and of measuring a fluorescence intensity of the compound.</p> |
