PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick-shaped cosmetic composition which has a bleaching effect, and whose storage stability and sense of use are excellent. SOLUTION: The stick-shaped emulsified composition contains: ascorbic acid glucoside (a); titanium oxide (b); pentylene glycol and/or sorbitol (c); hydrocarbon wax (d); sorbitan fatty acid ester and/or polyglycerol fatty acid ester (e) with an HLB (Hydrophile-Lipophile Balance) of≤7; liquid oil (f); and water (g), and in which the total blending amount of the hydrocarbon wax (d) is 5.0 to 30.0 mass% to the total of the stick-shaped emulsified composition, and a part or the whole thereof is made of polyethylene wax.
