The method involves measuring a coolant fluid temperature (T1) at a compressor intake, a coolant fluid temperature (T3) at an inlet of an expansion device, a coolant fluid temperature (T4) at an outlet of the device, and a discharge temperature (T2) of the compressor. Enthalpies of a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system are determined at the compressor intake and discharge, and inlet and outlet of the expansion device, based on the coolant fluid and discharge temperatures, a compressor command function (ucomp) and a thermodynamic module (M TH), and the system is superheated. An independent claim is also included for a system for diagnostic analysis of a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system. |
