<p>The machine for tying dough strands into knots has a looping mechanism (8) and a shaping table (2), to carry a horizontal U-shaped dough strand which is held by a vertical pin (5). A shaping tool (6) can be activated to give vertical support to the dough strand, and work with the table as a common horizontal and static limit stop for the dough. A knotting head (9) grips the ends of the dough strand to be extended and then moved to form a knot with the ends of the strand placed in the center.</p> |
