The present invention relates to a prefabricated ondol panel using a polyester compressed board and a construction method thereof, which are capable of simply arranging a hot-water pipe using the recyclable and eco-friendly polyester compressed board such that construction period due to the construction of a heating structure for a floor can be overall reduced; are capable of maintaining a high heating efficiency by maintaining thermal insulation from a foundation concrete slab layer; and are capable of solving a problem for floor noise. According to the present invention for the above effects, provided are prefabricated ondol panel using polyester compressed board and the construction method thereof, wherein the prefabricated ondol panels comprise: the polyester compressed boards laterally, mutually, and continuously arranged on the upper surface of the floor on which the polyester compressed boards are to be installed, having thermal insulation and sound absorbing functions, and having pipe grooves formed on the upper surfaces thereof and housing the hot-water pipes; thermal conduction plates arranged on the upper surfaces of the polyester compressed boards; and floor decoration panels arranged on the upper surfaces of the thermal conduction plates. |
