The present invention relates to a pipe having a reinforced layer between an inner layer and an outer layer of a dual pipe to improve a resistance against earthquake and the durability, as well as functions such as high strength, noise isolation, and heat reservance. The pipe according to the present invention includes an inner layer of a synthetic resin; a reinforcing layer formed by winding a reinforcing material around an outer portion of the inner layer; and an outer layer of a synthetic resin formed on an outer portion of the reinforcing layer. |
