PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a gas turbine generating equipment including an intake air cooling system so that an air around a compressor inlet port becomes a desired relative humidity. SOLUTION: The gas turbine generating equipment includes: a compressor 1 that takes in air and compresses it; the intake air cooling system 2 that sprays a cooled water into the air before the air is taken in the compressor 1; a combustor 3 that combusts fuel along with the air compressed by the compressor 1; a power generator 5 that is rotatably driven to generate power; a gas turbine 4 that drives the compressor 1 and the power generator 5 by converting a thermal energy of a combustion gas generated in the combustor 3 into a rotational energy; and a control apparatus 7 that performs control so that humidity of the air around the compressor inlet port that is suctioned by the compressor 1 is approximated to a predetermined target one. The control apparatus 7 includes a humidity calculation part for estimating and calculating the humidity of the air around the compressor inlet port that is suctioned by the compressor 1.
