摘要 A liquid crystal display device includes an array substrate (100), a color film substrate (210) and a plurality of pixel units arranged between the array substrate (100) and the color film substrate (210). The pixel units include a reflection region and a transmission region. The space between the reflection region and the transmission region of adjacent pixel units is not more than 1 µm in the direction parallel to the array substrate (100). The reflection region or the transmission region is formed at the gap between the adjacent pixel units of the present invention, so that the gap between adjacent pixel units is adequately utilized. As a result, the utilization ratio of display region of the liquid crystal display device is promoted, and the effective area of the reflection region is increased and the display effect of the reflection region is promoted without decreasing the transmission region, or the effective area of the transmission region is increased and the display effect of the transmission region is promoted without decreasing the reflection region. Consequently, the aperture ratio of the liquid crystal display device is effectively improved.
