FUNCTIONAL ALGINATE/SILICATE COMPLEX BEAD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a functional complex bead and, more particularly, to a functional alginate/silicate complex bead in which a functional material is dipped in a complex including alginate and silicate as active ingredients. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for producing a functional alginate/silicate complex bead and, more particularly, to a method for producing a functional alginate/silicate complex bead, the method comprising the steps of: producing a sodium alginated/sodium silicate mixed solution by mixing a sodium alginate solution and a sodium silicate solution; adding a phosphorous acid solution in the produced sodium alginate/sodium silicate mixed solution in order to be made into and maintained in an acidic condition; producing a sodium alginate/sodium silicate mixed solution containing a functional material by adding and agitating the functional material in the solution maintained in an acidic condition; and producing an alginate/silicate complex bead in which the functional material is dipped by dropping the sodium alginate/sodium silicate mixed solution containing the functional material into a calcium chloride solution which is being agitated.
