<p>An automatic scrap sorting apparatus is provided to produce molten steel of high quality by mechanically sorting scraps before injecting the scrap. An automatic scrap sorting apparatus comprises a driving unit for separating scraps(100), a measuring unit(200), and a controller(300). The driving unit for separating scraps separate a scrap(50) having surface color which is set up in advance. The measuring unit captures surface image for separating scraps into image data having red, green, and blue. The controller receives the image data having red, green, and blue captured in the measuring unit. In case the image data has surface color set up in advance, the controller separates the scrap with the driving part for separating the scrap.</p> |
