<p>The present invention relates to a method for fixing carbon dioxide to remove carbon dioxide by treating combustion gas generated when incinerating organic foreign materials contained in construction waste in a dry process so as to very effectively capture sulfur and carbon dioxide generated in a process of treating organic waste by using waste concrete powder which is inorganic waste among the construction waste. The method for fixing carbon dioxide comprises the steps of: separating the construction waste into organic waste and inorganic waste; obtaining and incinerating the organic foreign materials of the organic waste by pyrolysis and combustion processes; lowering the temperature of combustion gas while drying aggregates by supplying the high-temperature combustion gas generated in the process of incinerating the organic foreign materials to a drier for the aggregates which are inorganic waste as a heat source; cooling the high-temperature combustion gas sequentially after drying the aggregates of the inorganic waste; capturing sulfur and carbon dioxide by pressurizing and spraying slurry made by mixing water with waste concrete powder generated in a manufacturing process of reproducing the inorganic waste into recycled aggregate; and collecting and discharging the sulfur and carbon dioxide outside.
