Provided is a high hardness sponge railroad sleeper which is thermoplastic resin foam and has the density of 0.1-0.85, and the hardness of Shore A 70-shore D 70. The high hardness sponge resin foam has a resin composition including: 100 parts by weight of thermoplastic resin, 5-50 parts by weight of a modified polymer, 5-100 parts by weight of a reinforcing agent, 1-10 parts by weight of a processing material, 0.1-10 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent, and 0.5-20 parts by weight of a foaming agent. |
