The present invention relates to a method of preparing styrene-butadiene latex, in which a particle size is controlled using seed polymerization to reduce surface tension and viscosity and to greatly improve polymerization stability; and a monomer, a polymerization initiator, and a reducing agent are introduced continuously/discretely to improve the reaction speed and to lower the polymerization temperature, thereby making it possible to manufacture a glove with superior tensile strength and a lower content of gel. Therefore, the glove can be manufactured by using only styrene-butadiene latex which is a composition of the present invention.
