Flange portion for a tower of a wind power system

The flange part has an annular flange arranged around axles (A). Through-holes are formed on the annular flange for fixing a ring flange to a structure (3) that is arranged adjacent to a first side of the annular flange. The through-holes are formed along circumferential direction of the annular flange and penetrated along direction parallel to axial direction of hold elements. A bar is arranged above the through-holes and overlapped with an axis of a cutting plane. The bar is extended along an exterior wall of the annular flange. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a flange part.
