The invention relates to the field of chemistry and it concerns a method for producing stable oil PTFE dispersions used, for example, as concentrate for lubricants in machine construction, in vehicle technology or in air and space travel technology. The aim of the present invention is to provide a method for producing stable oil PTFE dispersions in which the PTFE waste and/or the PTFE recyclate material are prepared and used for the production. The aim is achieved by a method for producing stable oil PTFE dispersions, in which the PTFE waste materials and/or the PTFE recyclate materials are prepared for processing by high-energy electromagnetic radiation by comminution of the materials for the irradiation, the materials are then treated with high-energy electromagnetic radiation, and subsequently at least the irradiated PTFE materials together with the oil or the oil mixtures are homogenized under mechanical stressing and converted by reaction, wherein oil or oil mixtures are used which contain at least 5% by weight of olefinically unsaturated oils.
