摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic nondestructive measurement instrument, an ultrasonic nondestructive measurement method, and a program which measure an ultrasonic propagation velocity of a concrete structure by a transmission probe and a reception probe disposed at a prescribed interval on a surface of the concrete structure. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic nondestructive measurement instrument includes: an ultrasonic wave generation means (64) which controls the generation of ultrasonic waves from the transmission probe; a reception signal processing means (65) which controls the acquisition of a reception signal reflected by a bottom of the concrete structure as a reception signal waveform starting at the time when the ultrasonic waves are generated; and a control part (62) which determines whether the reception signal waveform has noise superposed thereon or not, determines a reflected wave arrival time which is calculated from a single frequency and an intermediate point of the reception signal waveform determined to have no noise superposed thereon, as a legitimate reflected wave arrival time in the concrete structure, and determines an ultrasonic propagation velocity on the basis of the calculated reflected wave arrival times corresponding to different probe intervals respectively.
