The invention relates to a device and a process for recovering and recycling packages. According to the invention, the device consists, at the lower part, of a supply window (1), a barcode reader (2), a deforming-chopping device (3), a deformed and/or chopped packages store and a pressing-baling device (4), a unit (5) for weighing bales comprising deformed and/or chopped packages, and at the upper part, of a package absorption control device (6), a fiscal receipt release control device (7), a device (8) for releasing fiscal receipts, a computer (10), a connection box (9) for taking over the data from the computer (10) and a device (11) for manually inputing the unique barcode. As claimed by the invention, the process consists in applying a unique barcode and a fee for every product unit, and after reading the barcode by the barcode reader (2), or manually inputing the barcode by the device (11), and memorizing the data in the appropriate computer (10), respectively, introducing the package into the supply window (1), actuating the package absorption device (6) and the deforming-chopping device (3), actuating the receipt release control device (7) and the receipt release device (8), respectively. |
