The invention relates to a method and a device for tumour thermal necrosis used in the laparoscopic or open surgery. According to the invention, the method comprises the following stages: an electrocauter with physiological serum instillation is introduced into the center of a tumour, with approach through the epicenter thereof, 1 ml of serum is injected and an electric arc specific to electrothermocoagulation is released, the electric current of the device being kept connected until reaching a temperature of about 120°C in the center of the tumour and about 50°C at the periphery thereof, for 1...3 minutes, up to the tissue colour modification. As claimed by the invention, the device for applying the method consists of an electrocauter assembly with a reservoir (7) of physiological serum which is connected with and may be discharged through the tip of a monopolar/bipolar electrode (1) where an electric arc vaporizes the serum, the reservoir (7) of physiological serum being fixed to the electrocauter by means of a polythene tube, the device being provided with two thermal sensors (6 and 8), the first sensor (6) displaying the temperature and, possibly, closing the automatic mechanism when reaching the temperature of 120°C, and the second sensor (8) checking the reaching of the temperature of about 50°C. |
