<p>The seat has a side surface part, a backrest part, and a head support (4) arranged at the backrest part and comprising supporting walls (5, 6), where distance between the walls are adjusted by a distance adjusting device (7). The device has a gear box with a gear wheel (15) and two gear rods (16, 17). The gear rods are connected with the respective supporting walls, and the gear wheel is connected with the rods such that translational movement of the gear rods is caused by rotational movement of the gear wheel.
