A solenoid valve according to the present invention has a rotation prevention groove and a rotation prevention protrusion respectively formed on a filter mounting unit and on a filter, and fits the rotation prevention groove and the rotation prevention protrusion together to fix the filter mounted on the filter mounting unit and prevent the filter from rotating. Accordingly, the rotation of the filter is fixed to prevent a hydraulic port from being blocked by a rib formed on the filter. Therefore, the solenoid valve can linearly control the hydraulic pressure in a low-temperature environment.
