The present invention relates to a tilt or tilt and telescope steering apparatus for a vehicle. According to the present invention, a structure, which should include tilt fixed gears and telescopic fixed gears for locking after conventional tilt or tilt and telescope operations, is improved. Only by the tilt fixed gears, the locking can be performed after the tilt and telescope operation so as to reduce the number of components required, reduce costs, and make a size of a column including an inner tube or an outer tube be compact. |
