<p>PURPOSE: A dexamethasone-incorporated temperature sensitive nanofiber and a coating agent for a stent for discharging drug including the same are provided to suppress the growth of smooth muscles. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensitive nanofiber comprises a nanofiber, pluronic, and dexamethasone. The nanofiber is connected to the pluronic. The dexamethasone is included within an mPEG-FITC micelle. The nanofiber includes a PCL-PEG (NH2) double block copolymer. The nanofiber includes 40-100 wt% of the PCL-PEG (NH2). A coating agent for a stent for discharging drug includes the nanofiber. The coating agent suppresses the growth of smooth muscle cells.
